The Youth Program Manager is adynamic leader of the onboard youth program and actively promotes the Camp atSea pillars of Art, Culinary, Recreation and STEM. This position works inconjunction with the Cruise Director to coordinate, schedule, and supervise theday-to-day operations of youth programing, including but not limited toyouth activities (ages 3-17), toddler time, family programming, and holidayactivities.

The Youth Program Managerwill lead the youth program and oversee the team of YouthCounselors and seasonals. This team is responsible for the successfuldelivery of the Camp at Sea and Teen program, ensuring that allactivities and events are operating within Celebrity Cruises Standard OperatingProcedures and USPH guidelines.
