About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and support a positive, productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development, while ensuring compliance with all labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
- Manage employee performance review process
- Advise management on HR best practices and labor laws
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and training programs
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR management experience
- Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is an advantage
