You will prepare arrival and departure manifests, sailing letters, and other relevant information and send them to immigration officials and shoreside personnel. You will also meet with port agents and customs and immigration officials at all ports of call to get clearance for crew members and guests to go ashore. We’d be happy to have you sail with us if you have shipboard experience as a Guest Services Officer or a similar shipboard administrative position, and can effectively deal with internal and external guests with diplomacy, patience, and tact.
