About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and support a positive, productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development, while ensuring compliance with all labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
  • Manage employee performance review process
  • Advise management on HR best practices and labor laws
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and training programs
  • Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of HR management experience
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is an advantage
