About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Crew Administrator to manage and support crew scheduling, documentation, and personnel logistics. This role ensures that operational teams are properly staffed, compliant, and well-informed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain crew records, certifications, and documentation
- Coordinate scheduling, rotations, and travel arrangements
- Assist in onboarding, training coordination, and crew assignments
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Communicate updates and instructions to crew members
- Support HR and operations teams with reports and data management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in crew scheduling, HR coordination, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office or HR/crew management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
